I was not a big fan of crawling, even when told numerous times that it's very beneficial for you. Bill asked me to take part in his program and even worse, he put me into the '10 min knee up' group, all I could think was, 'are you kidding me'?

After seeing a 26% increase in my snatch, related to crawling, If I had to choose only two exercises for the rest of my life to keep me fit and strong , crawling would be one.
